I followed Aibek’s two methods which is to do it manually by going to control panel and changing the .lnk file association, the 2nd method was by going to http://www.winhelponline.com/fileasso/lnkfix_vista.zip
Unfortunately, those two processes did not work. Then I unzipped the program and used to lnk fix for Vista, nothing really happened. I still have the same problem and I am unable to download anything to fix my problem because every folder/file I try to open, opens up Starcraft 2.
If there is any solution I would truly appreciate your help. As a last resort, I will try to reformat my computer but it is my first time doing it so if someone could help me out with that as well, that would be great.
