It then sent me to a download for HP Support Solutions Framework, which didn’t work either when I installed it. I’m really not sure what to do at this point as any program I try to scan from comes up with this error:
In case it’s important to note that I use a USB cable to connect to the printer/scanner. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
