How Can I Restore The Sound After Upgrading To Windows 7

Also I never got an error when installing Windows 7 saying that the file system was NTFS, and I can’t redo anything about that. What else can I tell you or should I just send a cc of the .txt file with all my dxdiag and speccy? I also had a heck of a time getting Google Chrome to install, and now can’t be seen or connect to the Homegroup my husband set up so we could share printers.
