How Can I Switch Between Application Windows By Hovering Over The Respective Taskbar Item With The Mouse

For example, if I have 3 applications opened, if I want to switch the application windows, I have to click on application tab in the taskbar with the mouse.

My question is, whether it is possible to switch application windows without clicking on the application tab in the taskbar and just switching them with a mouse hover over the application tab? My question is for Windows XP operating system.
