I have the windows DVD so no problem there but I will need to back up my software on to a hard drive to reinstall as many do not have original DVDs. My files are all backed up on a WD 1TB book drive so I should be able to recover them no problem. I would welcome any comments on the best way to do this or even if I am silly to do this....
It was an accident because I didn’t know what I was doing. I meant to send my contacts list to a GMail account, instead I accidentally sent all my eMails to GMail and as it did this it was taking all my eMails from Yahoo and putting them in GMail account. Yikes, I didn’t want to do this at all. My business eMail is Yahoo and I am comfortable using Yahoo....
I have even downloaded Yodot Mac Data Recovery from another forum I read. Tried using that and the hard drive was displayed but it said there was no volume in the file. Is there another program I can use? Or can anybody give me some advice please?

Is there any conversion programs that can do this, either free or paid? I am using Windows XP along with Microsoft Office 2007.
Is there a way to extract subtitles from MKV file or to make it bigger? I found a programme MKV extract GUI, but somehow it doesn’t work for me. In my case it creates opci error. Don’t know what that means. Any suggestions or help from my global friends will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
Please note, I’d rather not use encryption software, but I will if I can still run backup programs on the drive(s). And I definitely don’t want to use volumes. Ultimately, I simply want to plug in the USB drive or stick and voila, I’m prompted for a password before I or my backup software can proceed. Essentially, I think I’m looking for something to HIDE my folders and files....
